Returns & Refund Policy

Can I make a return?

Yes! Little Lima Beans will gladly accept returns of unworn items up to 30 days from your purchase date. We'll gladly issue a refund back to your original form of payment, subtracting only a 10% restocking fee.  A return shipping label and instructions will be provided once your return is approved.   Please allow 10-15 days for processingClick here to start a return.  

Can I make an exchange? 

If you’d like to exchange something, please order the new item right away and initiate a return for the original item separately.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item? 

Please contact us immediately through our "Contact Us" page or at support@LittleLimaBeans.com, with a comment stating "Received Incorrect Item". We will respond as soon as possible to resolve the matter and get you the correct item.

What if my item is defective/damaged?

We stand behind our products 100%. While we strive for perfection, every once in a while something may slip through the cracks.  Please check items immediately upon receipt and if you believe you have received something defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. We request that you take photos of the damage and email them to us at support@LittleLimaBeans.com, so we can follow up with our suppliers.  We will contact you quickly to start the process of getting you a replacement item.

Can an order be changed once placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change an order once it has been shipped.
