Returns & Refund Policy

Can I make a return?

Yes! Little Lima Beans will gladly accept returns of unworn items up to 30 days from your purchase date. We'll gladly issue a refund back to your original form of payment, subtracting only a 10% restocking fee.  A return shipping label and instructions will be provided once your return is approved.   Please allow 10-15 days for processingClick here to start a return.  

Can I make an exchange? 

If you’d like to exchange something, please order the new item right away and initiate a return for the original item separately.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item? 

Please contact us immediately through our "Contact Us" page or at, with a comment stating "Received Incorrect Item". We will respond as soon as possible to resolve the matter and get you the correct item.

What if my item is defective/damaged?

We stand behind our products 100%. While we strive for perfection, every once in a while something may slip through the cracks.  Please check items immediately upon receipt and if you believe you have received something defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. We request that you take photos of the damage and email them to us at, so we can follow up with our suppliers.  We will contact you quickly to start the process of getting you a replacement item.

Can an order be changed once placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change an order once it has been shipped.
