We are based out of Los Angeles, California in the United States. We offer a 100% digital experience as an online store.

Do you sell globally?

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Of course! We appreciate you sharing Little Lima Bean love with others. We offer digital gift cards that never expire and can be stored in your Apple wallet. You do not have to use the entire value of the gift card at once. All unused balance will remain on the card. click here to purchase a Gift card

What is your clothing made of?

We source high quality clothing with kids comfort in mind. Our clothing is made of either 100% cotton, or cotton blends.

How do I care for & wash my clothing?

Most of our apparel is made from 100% cotton or cotton blends, so we suggest washing them on the cold/gentle cycle and drying on delicate or low heat. This will help keep the fabrics bright, soft and long lasting.

How do I know which size to select?

Please visit our sizing page to learn more details about fit and correct sizing for your baby or children. *If you are concerned about a tight fit, most people size up one size knowing their baby will grow into it.

Why do the labels show a different size than what I ordered online?

Our international manufacturers size their clothes using centimeters rather than inches. For our American customers, we display sizes by age in our store. We convert from international sizing to US sizing for you behind the scenes. Try on your clothing to ensure a good fit if you are not familiar with international sizing.

Shipping Policy

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders in the contiguous United States.

How long is processing?

Processing takes 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and USPS/Federal Holidays). Once an order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes of your order.

How long is shipping?

Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email including tracking information once your order is on its way. *Due to current global shipping challenges, orders can sometimes take an additional 3-4 days to arrive.

Can I track my package?

Yes. Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email including tracking information. *If your tracking information doesn’t arrive within 4 days of ordering your items, please contact us via our "Contact Us" page or email us at support@LittleLimaBeans.com.

My order says it was delivered, but I haven’t received it yet.

Sometimes USPS marks an order delivered, before they drop it off. The order may show up within a few days. If your items are taking longer than expected, please reach out to your local post office with your tracking number. Most times they can help you locate your package right away. If you can not locate the package, contact us through our "Contact Us" page or via email at support@LittleLimaBeans.com.

Returns/Exchanges

Can I make a return?

Yes. Little Lima Beans will gladly accept returns of unworn items. Products can be returned for a full refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. A return shipping label and instructions will be provided once your return is approved. Please allow 10 business days for processing. We will issue you a refund back to the original form of payment or gift card if you choose. Use our "Contact Us" page to start a return.

Can I make an exchange online?

We do not do direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, use our "Contact Us" page to initiate a return for the original item and order a new replacement item seperately.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

Please notify us immediately via our "Contact Us" page or via email at support@LittleLimaBeans.com. We will respond within 1-2 business days to resolve the matter for you and get you the correct item as soon as possible.

My item arrived damaged or is defective. What do I do?

We stand behind our products 100%. While we strive for perfection, every once in a while something may slip through the cracks. Please check items immediately upon receipt and if you believe you have received something defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. We request that you take photos of the damage and email them to us at support@LittleLimaBeans.com, so we can follow up with our supplier/or carrier. We will contact you quickly to start the process of getting you a replacement item.
